Your Responsibilities:
- Create and implement new strategies for hiring Care Professionals for our aging adult clients who live in the Quad Cities.
- Develop and Manage leads for new Care Professional talent.
- Post and Manage recruitment ads to maximize results.
- Schedule and conduct interviews that build a connection!
- Conduct background checks and drug screens, and collect and maintain hiring documentation.
