Your Responsibilities:

• Create and implement new strategies for hiring Care Professionals for our aging adult clients who live in the Quad Cities.
• Develop and Manage leads for new Care Professional talent.
• Post and Manage recruitment ads to maximize results.
• Schedule and conduct interviews that build a connection!
• Conduct background checks and drug screens, and collect and maintain hiring documentation.
