Job Description: As a Recruiter at Tobias Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent to meet our clients' staffing needs. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating the hiring process. - Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.

- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality.

Requirements - A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role, preferably within a staffing agency or recruitment firm.
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport and establishing trust with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Demonstrated commitment to upholding ethical standards and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
