Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter
Location: Irvine, CA 92618
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

*This is to cover a leave of absence for approx. 90 days.

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing Healthcare Staffing Branch. This role is ideal for candidates with prior experience in a healthcare setting, either in recruitment or administrative roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Manage employee onboarding tasks such as I-9 verification, E-Verify compliance, and scheduling interviews.
• Process background checks, drug screenings, and employment references.
• Update and maintain employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Handle employee status changes, including conversions and terminations.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Leverage job boards and other platforms for recruitment and sourcing efforts.
• Track and manage applicant and employee information in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Bullhorn, Ultipro, iCIMS, or Greenhouse.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in recruitment or healthcare administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and professional communication skills.
• Availability and flexibility to work after hours or overtime as needed.
• A passion for helping others and making a positive impact.
