Operations & Sales Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to optimize our operations, drive sales growth, and contribute to the overall success of our business. You will lead the routing of sales people in 3 states, maintain trackers for sales drivers, and analyze next steps with business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth analysis of operational and sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize logistics, routing, loading, and service times.
- Create and maintain sales forecasting models and tools to support the sales team's success.
- Effectively communicate complex data and insights to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing and adhering to best practices in data management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, sales analysis, or a similar analytical role.
- Understanding of routing and route accounting software
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
