Description
- Officiate flag football games, ensuring adherence to the established rules and regulations
- Make impartial and accurate decisions regarding gameplay, fouls, and other game events
- Maintain composure and professionalism during games, addressing any conflicts or disputes as needed
- Communicate effectively with players, coaches, and other officials
- Report game outcomes and any incidents to the appropriate authority or league official
- Attend required training sessions and meetings

Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of the rules and regulations of Flag Football
- Strong decision making skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to resolve conflict and handle disputes effectively
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must have transportation to off site location
Physical Requirements - Physical fitness and stamina to keep up with the pace of the game
- Constant standing, walking and exposure to the weather outdoors
- Frequent walking/running, eye/hand/foot coordination, talking and hearing
