Salary: $90,000-$110,000

Our client, a leader in the Real Estate industry, is looking for a Regional Property Manager to oversee multi-site properties, engage in lease-up operations for new construction projects, and direct a high-performing team in Austin, Texas. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee management of multi-site commercial and multi-family properties to ensure optimal performance and maintenance.
  • Develop and execute leasing strategies for new construction and lease-up projects.
  • Direct, motivate, and lead a large team of property management professionals.
  • Assess market conditions and create strategies aligned with property owner objectives.
  • Develop, implement, and manage budgets in accordance with owners’ financial goals.
  • Approve purchase orders, manage vendor relationships, and control operating expenses.
  • Review income and expense reports and prepare performance analyses.
  • Ensure properties meet leasing targets and deliver outstanding tenant satisfaction.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 5 – 8 years of industry experience in property management roles.
  • 3 – 5 years of new construction and lease-up experience in commercial or multi-family real estate.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate large teams.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Financial acumen: budget creation, expense management, and performance reporting.
  • Demonstrated lease-up expertise.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • CPM (Certified Property Manager) certification.
  • College degree or equivalent years of related work experience.
  • Experience with commercial, industrial, retail, office, or multifamily property asset classes.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
