About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Personal Training Director to join our team at Anytime Fitness. As a leader in the fitness industry, we are dedicated to helping our members achieve their health and fitness goals, and we are looking for a passionate individual to lead our personal training teams to success at our DuPont, Yelm, Spanaway, Milton and Gem Heights locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personal training programs and initiatives
• Recruit, train, and mentor personal trainers
• Ensure high quality of personal training services and customer satisfaction
• Manage and monitor personal training revenue and expenses
• Collaborate with club managers to drive personal training sales and retention

Requirements

• 5+ years of personal training experience
• Current personal training certification (e.g. NASM, ACE, ACSM)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record of driving personal training sales
• Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
