We’re looking for a detail-oriented and passionate Remote Vacation Planner to join our team. In this fully remote role, you will work directly with clients to design custom vacation itineraries, provide expert travel advice, and handle all aspects of booking. Full training will be provided to ensure you have all the tools and knowledge needed to succeed!

• Event Planning and Event Management skills

• Ability to work independently and remotely
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs.
  
• Research and design customized vacation packages.
  
• Provide quotes and manage bookings (flights, hotels, excursions, etc.).
  
• Offer expert advice on destinations, travel requirements, and best practices.
  
• Stay up to date with the latest travel trends and offers.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing questions or issues as needed.
  

Qualifications:

• Must speak English
• Passion for travel and knowledge of popular vacation destinations.
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
  
• Previous experience in travel planning or customer service is a plus.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
  
• Familiarity with travel booking platforms and tools is an advantage.
  
• Reliable internet connection for remote work.
  
• No prior experience needed – full training will be provided.
