Job Title: Residential Carpet Installers
Location: St. Louis, MO / Maryland Heights, MO
Available to start within 1-2 weeks
Pay: Up to $2,700 per week (1099)

Known for high-quality craftsmanship, we are seeking motivated individuals to join our team in St. Louis and Maryland Heights.
Position Overview:
We are currently hiring Residential Carpet Installers to form 2 crews (1 Lead Installer and 1 Crew Helper) for the St. Louis and Maryland Heights areas. In this role, you will measure, cut, and install carpets in residential homes, ensuring a professional finish and proper fit.
Responsibilities:
Measure and cut carpet to fit residential spaces accurately
Prepare floors by removing old flooring and cleaning surfaces
Install carpets using adhesives, tack strips, and other methods
Lead and collaborate with a helper to complete installations efficiently
Qualifications:
Proven experience in residential carpet installation
Ability to provide photos of previous installations
Strong skills in measuring, cutting, and using hand tools
Physical ability to lift and handle carpet rolls
Reliable transportation (SUV or van) and all necessary tools
Available to start within 1-2 weeks
Team Structure:
Hiring 2 crews (1 Lead Installer and 1 Helper for each location)
