Residential Leasing Agent / Community Leasing Specialist
(Active Ohio Real Estate License Required)
Smartland manages 1,400+ apartments and single-family homes across the Cleveland area, and were hiring a Community Leasing Specialist to be the face of our communities and deliver an excellent prospect and resident experience.
In this role, youll manage leasing for 300+ assigned units, working closely with the Property Manager and Maintenance Team to drive occupancy, renewals, and resident satisfaction.
