Position: Sales Associate (Full-Time/Part-Time)

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting firearms, accessories, and ammunition that best suit their needs.
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of firearms, optics, ammunition, and related accessories.
• Ensure compliance with ATF regulations, background checks, and proper firearm handling procedures .
• Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and proper inventory stocking.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Build relationships with customers to establish repeat business and loyalty.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, new products, and relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous firearms retail experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of firearms, ammunition, and firearm safety.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end retail environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must pass a background check and be legally able to handle firearms.
• Familiarity with FFL processes and ATF regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
