Position: Sales Associate (Full-Time/Part-Time)
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting firearms, accessories, and ammunition that best suit their needs.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of firearms, optics, ammunition, and related accessories.
- Ensure compliance with ATF regulations, background checks, and proper firearm handling procedures .
- Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and proper inventory stocking.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Build relationships with customers to establish repeat business and loyalty.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, new products, and relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous firearms retail experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of firearms, ammunition, and firearm safety.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end retail environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must pass a background check and be legally able to handle firearms.
- Familiarity with FFL processes and ATF regulations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
