The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a full-time Retail Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Busch Stadium in Saint Louis, Missouri. As a Retail Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and training retail team members and working to maintain retail standards, policies, and procedures.

What will you do?

• Supervise retail team members and complete store operational needs by scheduling employees and following up on work results
• Open and close retail locations as directed and maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Assist retail management with the daily cash procedures and operations
• Monitor the store floor and assist with guests' needs
• Regularly evaluate, create, and maintain professional visual displays

More about you

• Previous cash handling experience and basic math skills required
• Previous experience working with a point of sale system is required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift to 50 pounds
• Constant standing, lifting, climbing stairs, and repetitive motions
• Bending, reaching, and climbing on ladders
