In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing hotel revenue and profitability through data-driven hotel pricing and promotion strategies. You will leverage revenue analytics to set optimal rates and build packages that drive occupancy and ADR. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze local market data and competitor rates to determine optimal room pricing
- Forecast future demand by market segment and implement pricing strategies accordingly
- Develop and modify promotions, packages, and rates to boost reservations during slow periods
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to coordinate promotional campaigns
- Monitor rate parity across online distribution channels like Expedia and Booking.com
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key performance metrics like occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR
- Continuously test and refine pricing models based on real-time booking data
- Evaluate the success of past strategies and identify areas for improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, economics or related field
- 2+ years of experience in revenue or hotel management
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong understanding of hospitality revenue analytics and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to partner with internal teams
- Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for problem-solving with data to impact financial outcomes
- Fluent in English with Spanish language skills preferred
- US citizenship or permanent residency required due to location
