Job Summary and Qualifications

What you will do in this role:

• Oversee and participate in the coordination of care for the pre-post transplant recipient.
• Participate in rounding and proactively respond to patient needs to improve patient outcomes.
• Communicate effectively and work with physicians and/or other members of the interdisciplinary team.

What qualifications you will need:

• Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in acute care setting preferred.
• Previous experience in clinical area of assignment preferred.
• Current FL RN License required or appropriate compact licensure. If compact license held, active FL RN license required within 60 days of hire.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Must be able to successfully complete established competencies for the position within designated probationary period.
• Demonstrated patient teaching skills and compliance with protocol management of Patients.
• Member of NATCO and UNOS.
