National Claim Defense is a public adjusting firm looking for salespeople from the roofing or insurance adjusting industry to join our team in the Tampa market. If you are tired of not being compensated for what you were promised or the quantity of denied/underpaid claims has you wishing for a better solution, you have found it! Denied and underpaid claims are our business, and we win every time!

Our Firm is growing and looking for good people to grow with us. This is a 1099 base plus commission pay structure with unlimited growth opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

• Professionally represent the National Claim Defense brand with integrity and commitment.
• Function as an account representative by servicing established roofing contractors who are currently referring customers to us.
• Prospect and network with new roofing contractors to enlarge our market share.
• Complete necessary paperwork with new clients, inspect properties, take photographs of damage, sketch interior damage, and provide all required documentation.
• Handle on-site inspections with carrier adjusters and engineers.

Expectations from Us

• A current contractor customer base providing warm leads for customers who need our services to resolve denied or underpaid insurance claims.
• Additional monthly leads generated by our professional and outsourced marketing campaign.
• Company materials include logoed shirts, hats, business cards, car magnets, brochures, flyers, etc.
• Claim processing will be done for you. Our claims resolution team will pull the satellite imagery, write the estimates, finalize the contracts, negotiate with the carriers, and collect the payments. This keeps you doing what you do best, Selling!
• We do not micromanage. We hire people who desire opportunity and are willing to work for it. You can always expect us to be fair and clear.

Qualifications

You must have experience inspecting roofs and working with the sales side of the roofing industry. You must also be able to inspect two-story roofs and have access to the ladders required. You should have great people skills, be deadline and detail-oriented, have good time management and communication skills, and a sense of urgency. You will need to obtain an adjusting license within 30 days. We cover this cost and supply the study material.

Compensation

Compensation is based on performance and drive. The base pay is $1,200/week, and commission is paid on top. The average performer will earn 100k/year. Extraordinary performers will earn 150-200k/year
