Prinsco has an opportunity for Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager to lead initiatives at 20 locations throughout the US. We this position works out of the headquarters in Willmar, MN, we are open to hybrid options. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes health, dental, vision & life insurance, retirement savings with 401k and much more! This position pays between $85,000 - $120,000, plus bonus, depending on experience.

This position is located in Willmar, Minnesota and has accountability for:

• Leading the development and implementation of new and existing written safety programs, policies, procedures, and forms, by partnering with location managers on inspections, risk identification, ergonomic, and improvement action plans.
• Driving environmental stewardship efforts at every Prinsco location to achieve the responsible use and protection of the natural environment through conservation and sustainable practices, including reporting, permitting, and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations for water supply, sanitary waste, wastewater, stormwater, air pollution, and spill prevention.
• Leading the Executive Safety Committee to prioritize initiatives and projects, including coordinating reporting, leading, and lagging metrics that help leaders manage the business.

The qualified applicant will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Safety, Occupational Safety & Health or related field and a minimum of five years’ experience in a multi-state, multi-location manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations, safety and OSHA standards and compliance requirements with hands-one experience in conducting audits, completing reporting requirements.
• Strong influencing skills with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing, managing required documentation and reporting.
• A valid driver’s license with the flexibility to travel to manufacturing sites when required, including telephonic availability 24/5 as needed.
• The physical ability to conduct inspections of manufacturing plants and outdoor yards, but also work for prolonged periods on a computer at a desk.
