Job Description

The Southwestern Advantage Sales Internship is a 12-14 week summer program offering hands-

on experience in business management, sales, operations, marketing, public relations, communications, and leadership. Our summer internship program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive learning experience through a practical, direct-to-consumer business model. You will gain insight into a career in sales by having the opportunity to follow experienced sales representatives and spend structured time with the management team. The average student will make $11,000 dollars in the summer, but top first-year performers make upwards of $25,000+.

Our intern experience provides professional-level learning in the following areas:

• Sales
• Marketing
• Social Media Marketing
• Customer Relationship Development
• Customer Service Skills
• Territory Management
• Business Management & Logistics

Following successful completion of the program, interns have the opportunity to move into a

leadership role and further grow their career with Southwestern Advantage!

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented.
• Hardworking and coachable
• Willingness to embrace new challenges and learn quickly.
• Availability to work full-time during the summer.
• Service minded and committed
• Must have a Driver's License
• Willing to relocate for the summer
