As a Sales Executive, you will provide inside sales and customer service and initiate and cultivate relationships over the phone, developing rapport and maintaining a successful book of business. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Makes outbound prospecting calls and works to generate sales within established metrics and goals Answers inbound calls and provides customer service Accurately and efficiently completes all sales transactions Ensures account qualification and needs analysis at all prospect levels Identifies and closes additional purchases of products by customers Responds to requests from customers for information Engages in technical discussions with customers Maintains up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends & government regulations Education/Experience Required: Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university and at least 2 years of sales experience LIPSEY'S is an EEO employer - M/F/Vets/Disabled #J-18808-Ljbffr Lipsey's
