Job Description

West Coast Cloud Collective Limited Liability Company, the official West Coast distribution partner and logistical carrier for Kang Vape, is looking for a highly motivated inside Sales Representative to join our team on a contract basis. This is a commission-only position with the potential for full-time hire after six months based on performance.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive outreach, account management, and closing sales within the wholesale tobacco and vape industry. You will represent our premium product lines, with a focus on building long-term partnerships with retailers and wholesalers across the West Coast.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Outreach: Identify and engage prospective wholesale and retail clients, focusing onsmokeshops, vape retailers, convenience stores, and gas stations.

Account Management: Nurture relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and ensure satisfaction.

Sales Pipeline Development: Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects, consistently working to exceed sales targets.

Product Expertise: Provide clients with detailed information about our product offerings, including Kang Vape’s premium vape line, to match their needs.

Deal Closure:Negotiate pricing, terms, and order details to close deals effectively.

CRM Utilization: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales progress in the company’s CRM system.

Collaboration: Partner with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Regulatory Awareness: Stay informed of federal, state, and local regulations to ensure compliance in all sales activities.

Qualifications

Residency Requirement: Must reside in the Reno/Sparks area.

-Experience: 

- At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the tobacco, vape, or wholesale distribution industry.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Skills:

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.

Compensation
