We are seeking a Salesforce Consultant to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate is located in the Northern Colorado region, is willing to work remotely or in office, has experience building scalable solutions on the Salesforce Platform (preferably within the Insurance or Financial Services verticals) and has great “go-getter” attitude.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Certified Salesforce Admin, Platform App Builder, or similar certification level
Experience implementing or managing Salesforce Clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud
Thorough understanding of Salesforce Lightning, including strategies for implementing scalable lightning record pages, custom apps, page layouts, field sets, and flow screens
Strong understanding of Flow and Flow design principles. Experience implementing complex logic within Flow is critical
Firm knowledge of Salesforce Platform architecture, including how and when to use Custom Objects, Custom Metadata, and/or Custom Settings
Understanding of the Salesforce platform security model
Understanding of the Salesforce platform architecture, including governor limits and how to navigate them within declarative automation
Working knowledge of ETL processes and comfort with data migration tools such as Dataloader
Experience gathering and refining customer requirements. This includes an understanding of the Agile methodology and developing User Stories
Apex experience is preferred but not required
Knowledge of insurance or financial services regulatory requirements including NIPR and FINRA preferred
Insurance agent or financial advisor onboarding and compliance experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal consultants/developers to shape and configure client implementations within the Salesforce platform
Consult on best practices and scalable solutions to ensure long term platform stability
Design and implement scalable solutions to enhance Salesforce and ISV products
Configure process automation utilizing Salesforce Platform tools, including Flow, Approval Processes, Formulas, etc.
Create analytic structures utilizing the Salesforce reporting engine, and configure and implement dashboards and robust reports based on client requirements
QA and document client system configurations
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer comprehensive benefits packages including paid time off, paid holidays, educational reimbursement, and health insurance. This job is eligible to participate in our bonus program.
The salary range for this position is $110 - 145k.
