Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Analytics Consultant to join our team in Burbank, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics , data visualization, and business intelligence reporting. This role requires hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing analytics solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop custom dashboards and reports using Salesforce CRM Analytics.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
Configure and optimize dataflows, recipes, and datasets within Salesforce Analytics.
Perform data modeling, transformation, and integration with Salesforce objects and external data sources.
Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with best practices and governance standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues related to CRM Analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce developers, administrators, and business users.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics).
Strong proficiency in SOQL, SAQL, and JSON-based dashboard development.
Hands-on experience in data modeling, data prep (recipes & dataflows), and ETL processes.
Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning, Reports & Dashboards, and Analytics Studio.
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, AI-powered insights, and predictive analytics is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced onsite environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
