This position is for a Salesforce developer position responsible for implementing innovative solutions that support our business. The Sales and Service Technology team is a forward leaning development organization that leverages agile methodologies. The position will be responsible for design, implementation, testing, and support of assigned Salesforce components within the Sales and Service Technology portfolio. This position will interact with business stakeholders and technology counterparts across many areas within Schwab. What you have Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience 3-5 years of experience Salesforce design and development experience working across the full development and operational support life cycle 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce Configuration & Administration, Workflow, Triggers, Lightning Flow, Visualforce, Apex coding and batch scheduling Working knowledge of the Agile/Scrum development methodology Demonstrated ability to work alone or in a group while multi-tasking on different projects Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Lighting Web Component development and integration Understanding of Salesforce Communities Experience integrating SOAP and RESTful Web Services Knowledge of software design patterns Experience working with geographically distributed teams, working collaboratively across team boundaries What’s in it for you At Schwab, we’re committed to empowering our employees’ personal and professional success.
