Roles & Responsibilities
Expertise in SFDC Development and support using Apex, Lightning.
-Be Technical guide and help offshore delivery team with daily interaction to ensure timely progress and solution delivery to the client.
-Experienced with Service Cloud Features and Sales Clouds order management.
-Should have excellent knowledge on salesforce configuration, customization, integration, data migration/data load, deployment and classic to lightning migration
-Good to have experience with Community Cloud.
-Track and resolve incidents received/raised in Service now.
-Deliver automation of daily/repeated activities for incident reduction
-Can generate reports from Service Now
