The Global Incentive Compensation team is looking for a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to build and improve our internal technology solutions on the salesforce.com platform. In this role, you will support critical business processes and have a direct impact on our mission.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and Deploy: You will be responsible for the full development lifecyclefrom initial technical designs to implementation, testing, and production deployments.
• Innovate: Use your expertise to design and configure cutting-edge solutions, working with business owners and technical teams to translate requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Maintain & Secure: Provide expertise on Salesforce configuration, profiles, and the security model. You'll also be responsible for maintaining and configuring development and test sandboxes.
• Document: Create detailed documentation and best practices for your work, ensuring all processes are SOX compliant .
• Collaborate: As a key member of our team, you'll be expected to be a self-starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You'll use your strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and deliver fast, reliable code.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5-8 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator .
• A solid foundation in Salesforce configuration, including workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.

Desired Skills:

• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) .
• Experience with Test-driven Development (TDD) .
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop new processes and methodologies.
• A good understanding of the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model and concepts.
