Base pay range $74.00/hr - $79.00/hr Primary Talent Partners has a 12-month contract for a SAP S4/HANA Business Systems Analyst with our great pharma client in Summit, NJ. Open to local candidates only, must be willing to work 100% onsite. Pay: $74.00 - $79.00/hr - W2 Overview The SAP S4/HANA Business Delivery Lead Systems Analyst is a service-oriented, positive, forward-thinking team member responsible for implementing and supporting SAP solutions to meet business-related requirements. This role collaborates with business process teams to understand current and future business processes, ensuring technology investments support and enhance strategic objectives. The candidate will act as a liaison between a third-party support team and end users to ensure technical compatibility and satisfaction of deliverables while writing and maintaining detailed system documentation, including: User and functional requirement specifications Test scripts SOPs Work instructions This position requires testing experience in the manufacturing sector and extensive SAP S4/HANA knowledge in procurement, manufacturing, warehouse, and/or quality. Responsibilities Contribute to strategy sessions and guide business management in SAP S4/HANA utilization. Collaborate with department leadership to address issues and prioritize enhancements. Identify business process improvements to maximize productivity. Prioritize business requirements and communicate plans with stakeholders. Translate business needs into SAP S4/HANA or third-party application solutions. Troubleshoot SAP S4/HANA processes in SCM, MM, IM, eWM, QM, and MDG modules and interfaces. Assist users with problem-solving and provide follow-up to ensure resolution. Train users on system functionalities. Implement SAP S4/HANA system solutions using SDLC and project management methodologies. Utilize change management methodologies and maintain proper documentation. Partner with vendors and third-party support teams for issue resolution and system enhancements. Troubleshoot functional and technical SAP S4/HANA issues. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Leads, and IT teams to ensure viable solutions. Develop and maintain test scripts. Facilitate and execute end-user acceptance testing. Assist in developing and managing policies, processes, and standards within the technical environment. Create effectively in a fast-paced environment with high system performance expectations. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong skills in SAP S4/HANA EBS, customer service, communication, facilitation, leadership, analytics, and data modeling. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships. Ability to adapt to a constantly changing manufacturing environment. Quick learner for new system solutions. Education & Experience Expert-level knowledge of SAP S4/HANA. Experience supporting both SAP S4/HANA and non-SAP S4/HANA systems. Bachelor’s Degree in IT and/or Business or equivalent work experience. Manufacturing environment experience. Experience leading system implementations using SDLC and Project Management methodologies. Prior experience in a regulated industry (FDA preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Windows.
