School Office Administrator $17.75-$22.00 10/09/2025 Expires 11/23/2025 Description St. Maria Goretti Catholic School is seeking a friendly, organized, and mission-driven School Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail to the front office—serving as a welcoming presence for families and visitors, while supporting the daily operations of the school. This position is part-time (25 hours per week) and plays a key role in supporting the principal, faculty, and students by managing administrative tasks, communication, and school procedures efficiently and with care. Requirements High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Prior experience in office administration or a school setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic data systems. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required. Must complete VIRTUS/Safe Environment training and background check prior to employment.
