full-time permanent roles after peak.
About the role: Vacation Pace Logistics (an Amazon Delivery Service Partner) is hiring seasonal
delivery driver talent for the holiday peak
with the intention to convert top performers to permanent roles (based on business need). If you're a safety-minded, reliable
delivery driver who enjoys being on the move, you'll get Amazon packages to customers
safely and on time -and set yourself up for a long-term spot.
Pay & Perks - $23.00/hour starting base
- Guaranteed overtime during the holiday season (OT at 1.5x after 40 hrs/week)
- Guaranteed raise upon conversion to permanent (amount set in offer, based on performance)

Schedule - 10-hour shifts (OT commonly available during peak)
- Must be available weekends and holidays during peak
- Limited early-start opportunities may be available
What you'll do (Delivery Driver Responsibilities)- Safely drive and operate a van in all weather conditions as a delivery driver
- Use a handheld device for routing, package scans, and customer updates
- Load, deliver, and unload packages (lift up to 50 lbs )
- Navigate varied routes; enter/exit vehicle and climb stairs frequently
- Be customer-obsessed-deliver packages and smiles on time
What you'll need (Delivery Driver Requirements)- 21+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver's license (no CDL required)
- Consent to a pre-employment drug screen
- Reliable attendance and the ability to meet safety & performance standards as a delivery driver
Path to Permanent (How seasonal delivery drivers convert)- Attendance & reliability , safety record , route performance & accuracy , and teamwork/customer obsession determine conversion
- Conversions occur immediately after peak and depend on performance and business needs
- Converted delivery driver hires receive the guaranteed raise noted above
