Job Summary-ATMC:
- Daily tasks will include rebuilding and cleaning subassemblies for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, performing Preventative Maintenance (PM) tasks, support of subfab equipment, chemical handling, and ensuring an adequate supply of consumables for rebuilding sub-assemblies.
- Candidate must possess good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
- Candidate must be detail oriented and able to create and follow written procedures.
- Candidate should have an understanding of electronic, mechanical, and vacuum systems.
Job Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of previous equipment maintenance and/or parts management.
Prefer 3 to 5 years of related wafer fab experience with an emphasis on production equipment.
Primary Responsibilities: Metrology Equipment Maint Tech
- The candidate(s) selected will be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in the ATMC Photo/Metro/AMHS Equipment area.
- Maintain, repair, upgrade, and monitor wafer fabrication equipment in Metrology (4-point probe, Atomic Force Microscopy, CDSEM, Film Thickness measurement tools, Defect inspection tools, etc.)
- The tasks include, but are not limited to, troubleshooting and repair of electrical/electronic systems, pneumatic and mechanical systems, scheduled maintenance, consumable changes, and various other activities relevant to the success of the area.
- Complete documentation and train others on equipment maintenance.
- While performing the duties of this job, the applicant will be required to communicate effectively using both written and verbal skills
- The applicant will also be required to stand for long periods of time (up to 12 hours) and should be physically able to do so in addition to occasionally stooping and or crawling in confined spaces
- The applicant must be able to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications:
- Education Requirements: AS, AAS in electronics or other industrial engineering, or related is preferred. Education requirements can be satisfied by equivalent experience.
- Specific knowledge of the Maintenance job functions are required. Minimum of 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
- AA degree in Electronics or related discipline and 5 years technical maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be acceptable.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with the Metrology/Defect area.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills
Primary Responsibilities: Photo Equipment Tech
- The candidate(s) selected will be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in the ATMC Photolithography Equipment area.
- Maintain, repair, upgrade, and monitor wafer fabrication equipment in the tasks that include, but are not limited to, troubleshooting and repair for AMSL TWINSCAN, ASML 5500, TELACT8, LITHIUS, LITHIUS PROZ
- In addition, for electrical/electronic systems, pneumatic and mechanical systems, scheduled maintenance, consumable changes, and various other activities relevant to the success of the area.
- Complete documentation and train others on equipment maintenance.

- Solid understanding of both SPC and FDC and work to improve overall equipment performance based on these types of controls
SUMMARY-Wet Cleans Maint Tech
Equipment Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The candidate must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills and work well in a team environment.
This is a factory position and requires wearing cleanroom attire and working in a cleanroom environment. Standing for long periods and lifting up to 35 lbs. is required. You may be required to wear PPE and be exposed to hazardous processing materials.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Able to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fab equipment
- Able to improve system performance to achieve process requirements and eliminate repetitive tool breakdowns
- Monitor and analyze all related tool data, make recommendations and improvements to maintenance procedures
- Work with engineers to design and execute equipment improvements projects
- Able to clearly communicate machine status both written and verbally
- Able to provide a clear written communication to engineers and technicians on other shifts
Job Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of Semiconductor Equipment Maintenance experience preferred
- Strong mechanical and electronic skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to interpret electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability, project management skills, and knowledge of SPC in a manufacturing environment
- Candidates must be able to stand/walk up to 12 hours per shift
- Additional requirements include Basic computer skills, MS Office, strong interpersonal and communications skills, ability to work with minimum supervision in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, strong work ethic with verifiable references.
- Prior experience on any of the following toolsets is preferred:
- SCP 9400 Wet Hoods, MEI Wet Bench, SCP E200 Wet Hoods, Screen WS 820L Wet Hood or Akrion GAMA Wet hood, Novellus Sabre (Cu Plater)
