$160,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

The Role

As a Senior Brand Designer at Baseten, youll help shape and evolve our brand identity across everything we create - marketing assets, landing pages, event materials, out-of-home campaigns, and more. Youll work closely with marketing and sales to deliver impactful creative and with design to build a consistent, high-quality brand that connects across all channels. Responsibilities

• A strong portfolio showcasing sharp visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Experience leading design across a range of assets: landing pages, decks, events, campaigns, etc.
• Ability to lead multiple projects while maintaining a high bar for craft and quality.
• A collaborative mindset - youll work closely with the design team and stakeholders and own projects end to end.
• Bonus: Motion design and video editing chops.

Requirements

• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to lead design and drive alignment across all out-of-home campaigns, events, collateral, and more.
• Evolve our brand design system - refining, redesigning, and building where needed.
• Keep Basetens visual identity sharp and consistent across all products and marketing materials.
• Help shape our design culture and processes, setting a high bar for craft and quality.
