Harnham is partnering with a fast-growing marketing agency in New York City to find a Senior Data Analyst. This hybrid opportunity offers flexibility and the chance to work cross-functionally in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex marketing data sets to uncover actionable insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and strategy teams on ad-hoc projects.
• Build interactive dashboards and reports using top visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
• Use SQL or Python to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
• Present data-driven recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through quality checks.
• Stay updated on industry trends and analytics best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in marketing, media, or an agency.
• Proficiency in SQL or Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Expertise with a leading visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
• Strong analytical skills and a track record of delivering actionable insights.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage ad-hoc projects.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical insights clearly.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
