  • Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable opportunities that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Track and report on key business KPIs related to operational excellence, merchant and customer growth, and marketing performance, including high-level cost-benefit models.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable data governance practices to ensure data consistency and quality across the organization.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analytics, visualization, and growth strategies.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, deep proficiency in SQL and working with large-scale datasets.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience using Power BI, including dashboard development, DAX, and report automation.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems and deliver data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate data into insights and share with stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive mindset in the face of ambiguity.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with machine learning techniques and predictive analytics.
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation and marketing analytics.
  • Background in forecasting models or time-series analysis.
  • Experience in the e-commerce or grocery retail industry is a strong plus.

Pay range and compensation package

  • The expected compensation for this role is $90,000 to $106,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be discussed during the interview process.

  • Health Benefits: Medical, vision, dental and voluntary disability benefits.
  • Financial Benefits: 401(k) + employer match and life insurance.
  • Location: Our state-of-the-art campus is located in the Bronx, featuring an on-site gym, cafeteria and an employee market. We offer free on-site parking and provide an employee shuttle service from nearby MTA stations.
