Our AI-powered solution helps brands connect with the right creators, enabling them to streamline campaigns, manage content, and track performance with ease. Currently expanding across the MENA region and the US, we are now looking for a Senior iOS Developer to lead the development and optimization of our mobile app experience.
Founded by Alex Gadalin , Vito Strokov , Rami Saad , and Justin Krup , our company is revolutionizing influencer marketing by bridging the gap between brands and micro-influencers. Alex, Vito, Rami, and Justin each bring a wealth of experience in engineering, product development, and business strategy, creating a platform that makes influencer campaigns accessible and effective for brands of all sizes.
As a Senior iOS Developer, you will take ownership of our iOS application, guiding the development and maintenance of new features and improvements. You’ll collaborate closely with our design, engineering, and product teams to create an intuitive, seamless mobile experience that aligns with our web-based platform and delivers exceptional value to users.
Lead iOS app development: Design, develop, and maintain the iOS app, prioritizing high performance, stability, and usability.
Drive integration with backend services: Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs, ensuring smooth functionality and data flow across mobile and web platforms.
Optimize user experience: Implement best practices for app performance, UI/UX, and accessibility, creating a responsive and intuitive app experience.
Mentor and collaborate: Provide technical leadership within the team, collaborating with designers, backend engineers, and ML teams to bring AI-driven features to the app.
Implement scalable solutions: Develop with scalability and future growth in mind, ensuring the app remains secure, resilient, and responsive.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in iOS development, with deep expertise in Swift or Objective-C.
Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, service-oriented architecture, and mobile development best practices.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic thinking, with a user-focused approach.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with React Native is a plus, as our app is being developed on this platform.
Proven track record in app performance optimization and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, particularly for app deployment and integration.

Flexibility: Daily team sync at 7 am PST (California time zone, you may check the time difference via the link ), with flexible hours outside of that.
