Job Description

As the Salesforce Platform Lead , you will shape the overall strategy, vision, and direction of our Salesforce environment based on evolving business needs. Your role will involve both developing and managing our Salesforce implementation, optimizing its capabilities, and collaborating with external consultants.

You’ll be right at home if you:

• Have 5 or more years of proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Developer, Architect or similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring teams.
• Proven track record of implementing Salesforce projects, preferably using Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical teams, consultants, and stakeholders effectively.
• Experience working with Salesforce consultants and third-party vendor integrations (e.g. Slack, SharePoint, Centro).
• High proficiency in Salesforce development, from Forms to Flows to Apex.
• Experience with data manipulation and complex data management
• Experience with integrations using APIs and middleware tools is a plus.
• Platform Management: Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our Salesforce environment, ensuring best practices in configuration and customization.
• Consultant Management and Collaboration: Work closely with external Salesforce consultants to ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and deadlines.
• Stakeholder Support: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide tailored Salesforce solutions to drive adoption and efficiency.
• Integration: Manage Salesforce integrations with other business systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.

• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Administrator, Architect or Developer) are highly preferred.
• Have a bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
