FASTSIGNS #221701 is hiring for a Lead Installer/Fabricator to join our team! As a sign and graphics installer, you'll play an important role in in-house fabrication and getting the finished sign or graphic in place so everyone can see it - in the ground, on a wall, on a vehicle or hanging from a ceiling. You'll use a variety of tools to assemble, erect and hang items, both inside and out. Most of your days will be spent building and completing a wide variety of interior and exterior sign installations. Every day is different. On any given day you might do in-house production, install dimensional letters on a lobby wall or apply graphics to exterior windows.

A Successful FASTSIGNS Sign Installer Is:
- Responsible for all sign and graphics installations
- Able to learn and complete in-house fabrication when required, including utilizing a router, laminator and production tools
- Able to assess an environment for the needs and techniques of the installation
- Pro-actively review job requirements and verify measurements before starting
- Able to work independently and with other team members when required
Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Installer:
- Clean driving record
- 21 years of age or older
- Proficiently uses hand tools and power tools, we will teach the sign tools if needed
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve in the field
- We will train the right candidate. No direct signage experience required
- Experience in signage, vinyl graphics installation, fabrication, carpentry, facilities, property management, maintenance technician or construction labor a plus
- Experience installing a variety of signs and graphics preferred but not required
- Experience operating a scissor lift or bucket truck is a plus, but not required

Compensation: $775.00 - $1,050.00 per week
