Asgard Resources, located in Northwestern North Dakota and Eastern Montana, specializes in frac sand processing, and has become a leading supplier to oil and gas companies since 2019. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Dry Plant Site Supervisor for our frac sand processing plant in Bainville, Montana. This role involves managing daily operations, meeting production targets, and ensuring a safe work environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise plant personnel, including operators and maintenance staff.
• Oversee dry processing of frac sand, ensuring quality and production schedules.
• Monitor production processes and adjust equipment for efficiency.
• Conduct safety inspections and implement protocols.
• Collaborate with maintenance and management for smooth operations.
• Maintain production, maintenance, and safety records.
• Train and mentor staff.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions.
• Assist in developing operational budgets and resource allocation.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Supervisory experience in a processing plant or similar environment.
• Knowledge of frac sand processing and related equipment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations; MSHA knowledge preferred.
• Problem-solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure.
• Ability to work in a plant environment and lift 50-100 pounds. - Willingness to work a flexible, extended schedule, 8-12-hour shifts, days or nights, weekends and holidays, overtime, and call-ins, if necessary.
