Calling all snow removal professionals! Villani Landshapers operates a growing snow removal program throughout the Metro Milwaukee area. We are currently seeking experienced SKID STEER OPERATORS and LOADER OPERATORS for the upcoming winter season.
We take pride in servicing commercial properties throughout the Milwaukee Metro area, primarily in Milwaukee and Waukesha Counties, with expansion into the Kenosha area as well. Routes currently available throughout the area, with a concentration of available routes in the Oconomowoc/Lake Country areas.
Our preference is that you have the availability to be dispatched at any hour of the day or night during snow events (with 48 hours notice). We try our best to place you in a route that is close to where to live to minimize drive time in the storm.
Hourly pay based on experience, starting at $25 an hour and UP! We pay bi-weekly and always on time.
We are also still seeking a few plow truck drivers with previous experience, who must possess a valid, insurable driver's license.
Requirements:- Previous experience operating a skid steer or front end loader
- Previous plowing experience
- Dependability and punctuality
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus!
