Job Description

We are a Home textile company seeking an experienced cad designers to join our in-house design studio. Our products include, bedding (comforters, quilts) , window curtains Candidates should have Bachelor Degree in Textile design with an interest in home fashion. THIS IS FOR ON SITE IN OUR NYC HEADQUARTERS

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Design, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of textile design work experience in Home categories
• Must be expert level in Adobe Creative Suite, as well as Nedgrahpics
• Must be skilled at CAD, creating colorways, renderings and product mockups
• Must be skilled at creating and manipulating print/pattern artwork
• Experience and expertise developing product directly with factories.
• Thorough understanding of development process cycle from concept through launch
• Extensive experience and technical knowledge of textiles, fabrications, construction, printing and manufacturing techniques
• Highly developed taste level and sense of color
• Understanding of the Home Space landscape, & overall design trends
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and adapt to change.
• Ability to successfully and efficiently manage workload.
• Extremely organized and highly detail-oriented – excellent calendar adherence and ownership
• Excellent time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range 70k- 90K
