What will your day look like? As a Software Testing Analyst, you will:

• Develop and execute formal test plans, procedures, and scenarios for manual testing to ensure the quality and performance of software applications
• Perform comprehensive testing including smoke, functional, regression, and application testing to verify successful implementation
• Document and track test results, issues, and other key quality metrics; log defects and work closely with the team toward resolution
• Automate test cases where applicable, and assess test coverage for improvement opportunities
• Review requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure software meets business and user needs
• Contribute to the development of quality standards, advocate best practices, and deliver quality-related training to internal teams
• Support testing and troubleshooting across a full stack Windows-based application portfolio with hardware-related components

You will be a good fit as a Software Testing Analyst if you have:

• Experience in test case development across complex, integrated systems
• Experience testing cloud and application technologies
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira/Confluence, IntelliJ or VSCode, Maven, Jenkins, TestRail, Github, and ReportPortal
• A proactive drive to learn new technologies and systems in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with automation testing and frameworks like Cypress or Powershell
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
