Job Title: SAP BW/4HANA Solution Architect and Lead Developer

Summary: This role requires a highly experienced SAP BW/4HANA expert with 10+ years of experience to lead the design, implementation, and support of data warehousing solutions, leveraging SAP HANA technology and related tools.

Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Architecture:
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP BW/4HANA solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, focusing on data modeling, data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Design and implement data models using SAP HANA Studio, including ADSOs, Composite Providers, and other relevant objects.
• Develop and maintain robust and efficient data extraction processes using various extractors and data sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, functional consultants, developers) to gather requirements and ensure alignment.

Technical Implementation & Development:

• Develop and maintain ABAP and AMDP routines for data transformation and reporting purposes.
• Design and implement interfaces and APIs for data integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Develop and maintain complex BEx reports, queries, and dashboards using SAP Business Explorer.
• Perform performance tuning and optimization of SAP BW/4HANA solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data warehousing and reporting.

Leadership & Guidance:

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on SAP BW/4HANA best practices.
• Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timely and successful project outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP BW/4HANA technologies and best practices.
• Contribute to the development of documentation and training materials for SAP BW/4HANA solutions.

Technical Skills:

• Extensive experience with SAP BW/4HANA, including data modeling, data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
• Strong knowledge of ABAP and AMDP programming languages.
• Experience with SAP HANA Studio and other SAP BW/4HANA tools.
• Experience with SAP Business Explorer (BEx) and other reporting tools.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
• Experience with data migration and data archiving.
• Familiarity with Agile/DevOps methodologies.
