*What Youll Do:*

* Provide 1:1 speech-language therapy to children ages 212 under the supervision of a licensed SLP
* Support individualized treatment plans targeting speech, language, articulation, fluency, social skills, and more
* Document sessions and track progress using clinic-provided software
* Work closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to support carryover and progress
* Help create a warm, engaging, and inclusive environment for every child

*What You Bring:*

* Associates or Bachelor's degree in SLPA program (or equivalent)
* Valid *SLPA license* (or eligibility) in Florida
* Passion for working with children in a fun, therapeutic setting
* Team player attitude and excellent communication skills
* Comfort working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
