Ecolab is hiring a Senior Digital Product Manager for its Pest Elimination Digital Product & Innovation team. In this role, you will collaborate with both business and technical teams to develop digital strategies for our Customer Facing Pest Intelligence Products. Through the Pest Intelligence Platform, Ecolab is transforming the pest control industry, and we need an experienced product manager to help launch software solutions that deliver real value to our customers.

This position is based out of Saint Paul, MN or Naperville ILL

What You Will Do:

  • Responsible for leading and managing complex digital products focusing on Customer Facing Intelligence, Risk Modeling, 3rd Party Insights, Customer Value, and direct engagement with our most demanding data-driven enterprise customers.
  • Will also be asked to lead integrated solution dependency management, stakeholder communications, and overall technology program management deliverables.
  • Responsible for effective planning, prioritization and management of digital solution feature development, lifecycle management, innovation, and global expansion.
  • Responsible for driving roadmap of key platform and products with investment estimates, costs, and ROI
  • Partners with cross functional and enterprise teams to coordinate and communicate clear, deliverables, scope and timelines required for roadmap initiatives.
  • Partners with business product owners to ensure business and technical requirements align with business goals.
  • Support data validation processes, investigating discrepancies between source data systems and project outputs
  • Create and present high level project readouts for senior management

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical area or equivalent
  • 10 years of professional experience
  • 8 years of experience working in a digital environment
  • 3 years of product management experience
  • Experience communicating cross-functionally and globally at all levels inside and outside of the organization to drive collaboration and consensus
  • Experience managing project issues, conflicts, risks and delivering projects within budget and scope

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1Years of experience with Agile Methodology
  • Able to utilize extensive project management experience to act as the team’s primary interface between IT and the business partners
  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the business benefits and issues surrounding each project
  • Ability to deliver quality solutions to customers and develop process improvements where applicable
  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the technical solution(s) being implemented

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The base salary range for this position is $166,300.00 - $249,600.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
