Job Description Summary Position Summary: Students in a Illustrator role perform highly specialized duties and possess a high level of technical skills. They have the ability to work independently and may work with external clients. Professional Illustrators's typically perform professional level illustration or design. The work performed is closely related to the student's academic program. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to successfully perform the duties of the job: Duties and Responsibilities May Include: Reporting to work on time on the scheduled days Performing various responsibilities including, but not limited to: brainstorming, thumbnail sketches, final illustration, presentations, create project timeline Meeting deadlines Communicating professionally with design team Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Software Proficiency Ability to work independently and part of a team Ability to collaborate with clients/team members to understand project requirements Ability to communicate effectively with faculty, staff, students and external clients Education and Experience Education and Experience: Must be enrolled at Ringling College of Art and Design Must be a junior or senior level student in the appropriate major Ringling College of Art and Design is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
