Shift Leader

Duties:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow during assigned shift.
• Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
• Assist with food production, catering, bartending, and banquet services as needed.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the coffee, hotel, or food service industry preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a food service environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
