About this role:

As a Physician in General Surgery, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will work in a collaborative group with four other experienced General Surgeons. We are seeking a candidate with proficiency in robotic-assisted procedures who also has a strong interest in pursuing subspecialty areas within general surgery.

• You'll practice at American Fork Hospital
• You'll have one dedicated block day of surgery per week and one administrative day per week
• Anticipated shared call schedule will be 3-4 days/month
• Provide coverage at new clinic and ambulatory surgery center in Saratoga Springs in approximately 14 months
• This position includes a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance (if applicable)

Life in American Fork, UT

American Fork is a beautiful growing community of more than 32,500. It is located at the base of the majestic Mt. Timpanogos which is between American Fork Canyon and Provo Canyon. Recreational opportunities abound in the area, Utah lake lies minutes away where you can pack a lunch and bask in the sun on the sandy beach, launch your boat or rent some toys from the harbor for the day. Other activities include swimming, golfing, water skiing, snow skiing, fishing, hiking, camping, tennis, etc. There are numerous cultural events throughout the year. The short drives to Salt Lake City (35 miles away) and Provo (11 miles away) offer close proximity to two major cities and universities. American Fork Hospital is a 90-bed acute care facility with over 200 physicians representing 30 specialties.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$7.25 - $999.99
