As we scale, technology has become the backbone of our operations powering everything from manufacturing oversight to sales, logistics, finance, and guest management.

To support this next phase of growth, we are seeking a full time System Integration Engineer who will design and maintain the integrations that connect our core systems, including Salesforce, NetSuite, BambooHR, CloudBeds, ClickUp, and future internal applications. This person will collaborate directly with department leaders to understand business processes, build scalable integrations using an iPaaS platform (Boomi preferred), and ensure our data flows seamlessly as we continue to expand.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to gather requirements and translate workflows into integration needs and technical specifications.
• Design, build, and deploy integrations using an iPaaS platform including data mappings, transformations, and API-based workflows.
• Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations to ensure reliability, performance, and accurate data flow across systems.
• Update and enhance integrations as business processes evolve or systems change (new fields, APIs, workflows, vendors, etc.).
• Document integration architecture, mappings, schedules, and operational procedures for transparency and repeatability.

Qualifications

• Experience with SQL or database-driven integrations.
• Experience with IPasS platforms (Boomi, Mulesoft, Celigo, CData Arc, etc)
• Salesforce or NetSuite integration experience.
• Background in ETL, pipelines, or feeding a data warehouse.
• Exposure to data governance, data quality, or master data management.
