We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Recruiter to collaborate closely with Enterprise clients and Managed Service Providers (MSPs). In this role, you lead high-volume recruitment efforts to identify and place top accounting and finance talent. You are responsible for developing and executing tailored recruiting strategies, ensuring compliance, and aligning recruitment initiatives with long-term client goals. Additionally, you provide market insights, manage end-to-end hiring processes, and build strong industry networks. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate closely with enterprise clients and MSPs to understand strategic goals, define hiring needs, and align recruitment efforts with long-term business objectives.

Analyze hiring needs and determine the best recruiting methods. Create and deploy client-specific and role-specific recruiting strategies in partnership with MSPs, ensuring alignment with client requirements.

Create and consistently execute a recruiting plan to ensure high-quality and quantity of talent, accelerating business growth.

Manage the end-to-end high-volume recruitment process, from sourcing to candidate offer acceptance, while working closely with MSPs to ensure compliance and delivery.

Assess candidates for qualification matches, cultural fit, and overall compatibility with client requirements.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-quality accounting and finance talent to meet the demands of enterprise clients, in coordination with MSPs.

Administer job postings across various systems.

Complete candidate hiring and onboarding processes in accordance with client and organizational requirements.

Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

Establish and maintain a network of industry contacts through professional/trade associations and networking organizations, while also fostering strong relationships with MSPs.

Coach, develop, and redeploy temporary employees in collaboration with MSPs to meet client needs.

Provide clients with valuable market insights, including salary benchmarks and competitor analysis, ensuring that MSPs are informed of relevant market trends.

Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree OR three (3) years of recruitment experience

Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service

Team player with a collaborative mindset

Technically savvy – interested in learning and implementing new technology

Passionate about helping candidates and clients succeed

Ability to work in a remote-based or hybrid model work environment

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written form, with the ability to work at all levels of the organization with professionalism.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to plan to achieve results.
