Aiming to optimize storage, reduce vendor dependency, and migrate to the cloud.
Experience and Skills:
Strong Teradata experience.
Knowledge of cloud migration (specifically to platforms like Snowflake).
Proficiency in database administration.
Core Teradata knowledge.
Platform-as-a-service models.
Teradata testing experience.
Experience in ETL, Hadoop
Conduct proof of concept for Teradata hardware to reduce vendor dependence.
Initiatives and Requests:
Aim to separate storage and optimize infrastructure.
Looking for expertise in core Teradata, typical platform-as-a-service models, and Teradata testing.
Need to reduce vendor dependency and conduct infrastructure POC for Teradata hardware.
