Optimize data movement between on-premises Teradata and cloud environments. Identify and address performance bottlenecks in Teradata queries and processes. Optimize and fine-tune queries and processes for improved efficiency. Lead or contribute to the migration of data from on-premises Teradata databases to cloud-based solutions. Ensure smooth and accurate data migration processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and infrastructure teams. Provide technical expertise and support to team members. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Teradata development processes. Document integration points and processes between Teradata and cloud platforms. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 6+ years of hands-on experience in Teradata development. Proven experience in integrating Teradata solutions with cloud platforms. Strong proficiency in Teradata SQL, BTEQ, and other Teradata utilities. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (GCP Preferred).
