The Title Curative is responsible for the coordination of all aspects involved with clearing the title clearance process for the real estate purchase and refinance transactions. Team members in this role communicate with clients, borrowers, and outside agencies to facilitate all closing issues in a timely manner, consistent with company-defined standards. Team members are expected to update all clients every five business days on all transactions. This is a fast-paced job that requires strong time management skills and organization. Growth potential is endless, as we hire from within first and are growing rapidly as a company.

Since we are cloud-based, there is an ability to work from home, once trained. We thrive off of teamwork within this company, so a willingness to help others is a must. A 401K with a 3% company match is available after the first 90 days.

• Review title commitments and abstractor search packages to obtain title clearance
• Submit lender-approved documents to the lender to obtain clearance to close
• Maintain open communication with team, managers, and clients
• Review estate information
• Review Corporate Documents and Trust Documents
• Maintain open communication with estate attorneys when required
• Order mortgage payoff statements
• Follow up on tax certs and lien letters with respective municipalities
• Prepare deeds, mortgages, and notes
• Assign Tasks to junior processors as needed
• Review trust documents
• Follow underwriting guidelines and seek underwriter approval where needed
• Field phone calls and emails throughout the day workday for all departments
• Send out closing documents to parties who are unable to attend settlement

• Working knowledge of Real Estate transactions, deed preparation, and closings procedures
