The Commercial Coordinator should have extensive experience with Commercial transactions, firm understanding of title bills, policies and pro formas. Direct client contact. Minimum of 2 years experience in working files. Requirements
· Previous experience (2+ years) in title insurance
· The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and under pressure, proof read material and be highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Knowledge of Soft Pro Software a plus
